Wiper and True is an exciting craft ale project that began in Bristol in 2012. Brewers without a brewery, they work in partnership with like-minded local brewers happy to lend spare space, advice and expertise. It seems to be working well as the team have an impressive selection of finely crafted, innovative ales, which continue to fly off the shelves. They are always experimenting, looking for new, exciting recipes that will appeal to aficionados and novices alike. Small Beer’s point of difference stems from the combination of Wai-iti, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Rakau hops, while still delivering the same big hop hit their pale ale fans love. Exceptionally satisfying and full bodied with vibrant citrus, tropical fruit and berry flavours.
