Wine makes a fantastic gift. And, for some people, half the fun is choosing their own bottles. That's where our handy Gift Cards come in. Have them sent to you first or straight to your friends and family, so they can hand-pick their favourite items in-store or online.
All you need to do is follow the simple three-step process:
1. Head to our partner site
Click the button below and you'll be taken to our Gift Card purchasing site, Cashstar.
2. Make your purchase
Choose either a digital Gift Card or a physical Gift Card, select the Gift Card amount and make your purchase.
3. Recipient gets their Gift Card
We'll handle the rest. Your Gift Card will either be sent directly to you or be on its way to the lucky recipient.

UK customers (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO) can purchase our Gift Cards at laithwaites.co.uk/gifts or you can purchase them from one of our stores. You can find your nearest store here . We welcome business orders of 10+ Gift Cards.
You can purchase a maximum of 10 Gift Cards in one go, perfect if you need to buy for several family members or friends.
You can purchase a Gift Card with any value from £10 up to a maximum of £1000.
Gift Cards can be used online at laithwaites.co.uk, via our telephone order line
03330 148 168 and in our stores.
Please note we may not be able to accept Gift Card payments at our off-site
events.
You can use your Gift Card to purchase most items from Laithwaites, but not where a future payment is needed such as Wine Subscriptions, Pre-sell and En-Primeur orders. Please note we may not be able to accept Gift Card payments at our off-site events.
You can pay with your Gift Card by entering your card number and PIN at the check-out stage of any online purchase, by giving the card details to one of our telephone advisors or by presenting it to a member of staff in one of our stores. Our Gift Cards can be used for both full and part payment.

We offer a choice of both digital and physical Gift Cards.
Our digital cards are great when you want the convenience and speed of delivery
by email. You can choose the date and time that they are sent and whether they
go to yourself or your gift recipient. There is no delivery cost for sending
digital Gift Cards.
Physical Gift Cards can be ordered online to be delivered by post. They are
credit card sized recyclable cardboard cards and you can select a greetings card
from our range of occasions. We also include an envelope. You can choose to send
your Gift Card to yourself or direct to your gift recipient. We do charge a fee
for sending physical Gift Cards, to cover the additional cost of the included
greetings card and postage (see below for applicable rates).
Digital cards can be sent immediately or at a later date/time of choice, just as
soon as payment has been verified, which should only be a few minutes. You will
receive a confirmation email following an order and when the digital Gift Card
has been sent. Should there be any issues with payment authorisation, our
Customer Services team will contact you.
Orders for physical Gift Cards placed by midday, Monday to Friday, will be
despatched the same day. Orders placed after midday or at the weekend or on bank
holidays, will be processed the next working day. All orders for physical Gift
Cards are sent Royal Mail 1st class. Orders can also be upgraded, at additional
cost, to use Royal Mail’s Recorded (Tracked) delivery service or their Special
Delivery service (Tracked, Next Day, weekdays only, for orders placed by
midday).

Our voucher numbers are 16 numerical digits in length with an 8 digit PIN
number, for added security.
For digital Gift Cards, follow the link found in the delivery email, enter your
email address for security and your card number and PIN will be displayed.
For physical Gift Cards, the card number is displayed on the back of your Gift
Card. Simply scratch off the panel to view your eight-digit PIN number.
Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Please look after your Gift Card as we cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. All our Gift Cards have a cash value and should be safeguarded as such.
