About this event
This course provides a general introduction to wine, including how to recognise wine styles, key grape varieties and classic wines, guidance on how to match food with wine, storage and service of wine, and recording of tasting notes. This is an in-person classroom course. Materials and wine samples will be supplied on the day, followed by an invigilated exam.
