The Spirit
By distilling Italian grain five times over, V Gallery has created an utterly smooth premium vodka. A hint of Italian grappa is added for extra fire and smoothness, then it’s infused with sweet toffee and fudge for that amazing flavour. So good in fact that it won Gold at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2015. Here’s what the judges said: “Nose booms out rich toffee in every direction! Lively entry into the mouth with toffee totally dominating. The sugar enhances the toffee character with the clean alcohol giving added lift. Amazing pure toffee in liquid form!” This skilful mix of Italian grain and British blending technique makes a sweet after dinner drink that’s great with a mixer or sipped neat, on ice!
