The Wine
Third generation Martínez Bujanda is one of the top producers in Rioja, and famous all over the world. The family business was founded late in the 19th century, then was transformed in 1984 when the Bujanda brothers built an ultra modern facility that is still one of the finest in Europe. Their trophy cabinet is full to bursting with international accolades and as a top Spanish bodega they can frequently be found on lists of the top 50 wineries in the world. We have long been championing their superb Riojas, and were delighted when the family offered us this great value Tempranillo packed with silky strawberry flavour. It's the sort of wine locals prefer to keep for themselves. A lovely red, perfect for sipping solo or with tapas.

Unmistakably Spanish. Despite its youth, this drinks very easily - smooth and fruity
