The Wine
From the 4th-generation De Martino family, Italians who left their homeland for South America in 1934, this is a luscious, ripe red. Their wines always show a great sense of "place, purity and balance". Twice named 'Chilean Winery of the Year', they specialise in sustainable practices in the vineyard and carefully match each grape to its optimum region. Sant Inés is a brooding red made from a carefully selected parcel, hand harvested, traditionally fermented, then aged in French oak barrels for a year.
