This crisp Sauvignon mix is made at the award-winning, 3rd-generation Casa Santos Lima – one of Portugal’s most exciting estates (and also ranked by Wine Spectator in its ‘Wineries for Value’). They have a talented, experienced team in the cellar and know exactly how to capture all the freshness in this modern Portuguese white. Crisp and aromatic, it offers fresh lemon and ripe peach flavours with delicate floral notes. Refreshing as an apéritif, it’s an excellent match with grilled fish, salads or spicy foods.
