Manly Spirits Coastal Citrus Gin NV

The birth of new distilleries isn't confined to UK shores. Manly hails from the golden sands of Sydney's Northern Beaches. Born of a dream, it was founded in 2017 by David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton, a former chemical engineer and marketeer respectively. With their talented team, they produce a range of great, artisan spirits. They pride themselves on foraging locally for marine botanicals, above and below the sea, to produce unique, authentic gins. For this, they use two specially designed Holsten stills, named Bella and Jordan, after two of their children. In this herbaceous and lemony gin, you'll find botanicals of lemon aspen, sea parsley, lemon myrtle, coriander leaf, meyer lemon, along with classic juniper. Makes a great G&T.
