Maison SASSY Rosé Cider (33cl) NV

Maison Sassy is the modern face of traditional Normandy cider. They are based in Château de Sassy, the family estate of Audiffret Pasquier, who have been making great ciders and Calvados since 1852. Today, however, they are giving ciders a great modern twist, whilst respecting all the best aspects of tradition. Their small range uses a selection of apples and pears, all sourced locally and free from additives and added sugar. Just pure fruit. Such is the quality of their ciders, that some of the world's greatest chefs have included them on their list. They include Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon and Alexandre Gauthier to name three. This tasty pink is made from 18 different varieties of apple from nearby orchards. An award winner too.
