Maison Sassy are putting Normandy back on the map for traditional cider making. Their hub is the grand, classical-style Château de Sassy nestled in the heart of Normandy. An impressive home. And their orchards – today nearly 200 years old – are a family heirloom of the co-founder’s Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier. That predates any posh Bordeaux vine out there! Sassy make their cider from 100% fresh pressed apple juice. No concentrates are involved unlike most ciders in the UK. The result is a completely organic, crisp apple flavoured drink. This joyously refreshing cider is also 0% alcohol, making the perfect alternative to an alcoholic beverage. Serve chilled and enjoy its easy-going, hit of apple and smooth effervescence.
