Los Tortolitos (lovebirds) is a new release made with passion! It's from Chile's sunkissed Central Valley vineyards, a perfect marriage of different parcels, harvested at intervals to obtain the perfect balance of juicy, ripe fruit and freshness. Fermentation at a low temperature in the modern cellar further enhances the bright character of this white. Chill the wine down and serve as a refreshing glass on its own, or with pea risotto, asparagus or noodles.
