Today the estate is run by Jane Hunter, a viticulturist with a string of accolades for her work, including a ‘UK Women in Wine Award’, an OBE and, most recently, Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to viticulture. This is beautifully crafted Marlborough Pinot Noir, aged in part-new barrels for 10 months to lend layers of complexity to the fruit.
