Bursting with enthusiasm, drive and a real belief in outstanding quality, this young team may only have been on the scene for 7 years but they are one of the most respected producers of English sparkling wines in the country. With winemaking led by the twice awarded UK Winemaker of the Year, Emma Rice, this dynamic and family owned winery specialises in producing top quality English fizz. Made in the traditional method, their Classic Reserve is a blend of several vintage wines that has spent 3 years ageing on its lees before finishing, and a minimum of 6 months on cork in cellars to create their signature style. Refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a delightful long finish.
