This is a delicious new find from a small cellar in Aix en Provence, next door to where neoclassical painter François-Marius Granet lived (and after whom the cellar is named). Using Provence’s finest varieties for elegant rosé, Grenache and Syrah, this pretty pink is crafted from hand picked grapes, harvested in the cool of the night. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip – this wine is as delightful on its own as it is with seafood or lighter vegetarian dishes.
