The Wine
Only founded in 1999, this domaine is a star of Burgundy. That's in large part due to the family's meticulous approach at every stage - in the vineyard and the cellar. They have superb vineyards throughout Burgundy, all of them certified organic from the outset and now over half managed biodynamically. Put simply, this approach takes organic farming to the next level and encourages biodiversity in the vineyard to help strengthen the vines. The result is a purer expression of each terroir and superb quality wine in your glass. This glorious vintage La Justice comes from 60 year old vines in a tiny two hectare plot. Using all destemmed grapes, La Justice is silky, yet firm and will cellar well. Superb with duck or game with wild mushrooms.
