Crystal Head Vodka (70cl) NV

This superb, double Gold vodka is the brainchild of Dan Aykroyd. It’s made from Canada’s finest grain and distilled four times with the crystal clear waters near St John’s on the island of Newfoundland. The water comes to the surface through porous rocks that serve as a natural filter and produce ultra pure liquid. Add to this the quadruple distillation and seven times filter (the last three through Herkimer diamonds) and you begin to understand the lengths Dan goes for perfection. Nothing is added – no sugar or citrus oils – yet it gains intriguing lemon and anise notes. The vodka takes its name and bottle design from an archaeological mystery involving 13 old crystal heads found around the world. Pour over ice and sip slowly.
