Chase Seville Marmalade Gin (70cl) NV

Another fabulous, inventive gin from Chase. After launching the highly successful Tyrrells crisps, potato farmer Will Chase was growing restless. On a trip to the States he chanced upon a boutique distillery making craft vodka from their home grown potatoes. So, back in the UK, he set about establishing the Chase Distillery. After successfully launching Chase Vodka, he turned his attention to gin, using the same raw spirit that goes into the vodka. Ten carefully selected botanicals are placed in the still head where the flavours infuse into the vapours passing through. This elegant Chase GB Gin is then redistilled with Seville orange peel to produce a wonderfully zesty citrus gin, with the juniper and other herbal flavours coming through.
