Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin (50cl) NV

The Chase family farm and distillery lies in Tyrrells Court, near Dilwyn in Herefordshire. Here Will Chase has gradually evolved from potato farmer to master distiller, creating England’s first potato vodka and then a range of supreme gins. Pomelo is one of the original citrus species, appearing like a very large, thick skinned grapefruit. Together with pink grapefruit it provides the delicate pink hue and hallmark subtle bitterness that makes this gin such a sensation, however it’s served. Try mixing it with Prosecco. Or make a classic pink gin fizz by shaking 1 1/2 parts gin with 1 part honey syrup, 1 part freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice, an egg white and ice. Strain into a tall glass over cubed ice and garnish with grapefruit zest.
