Thanks must go to Hervé Sabardeil, the multi award winning winemaker who crafts this ripe red, searching out the best parcels of grapes from the Roussillon region. Old-vine Grenache packs the plum, Syrah adds herby blackberry notes, while the peppery lift comes from Carignan. It's a great solo red or with the favourites - lasagne perhaps or bangers and mash.
