The ongoing subscription price for 4 bottles is £50, 8 bottles £80 and 12 bottles £120. We’ll use the same card you purchased your first case with. This will be charged shortly before despatch.
As a new customer you will receive our Unlimited delivery pass normally £24 for free whilst you are on The Wine Club subscription. With this, any order you make from us gets free delivery including named day, even on just one bottle. Should you decide to cancel your subscription you can take out the Unlimited membership separately if you wish.
We will introduce you to 4 new wines every 4 weeks. If you take the 8 or 12 bottle boxes, you will get two or three bottles of each wine. Each case will follow a theme which we hope you will find interesting. Plus the occasional treat!
You’ll start on a case every 4 weeks but thereafter the frequency is entirely up to you. We can also deliver every 8 or 12 weeks. Make the change online if you decide you want a less frequent delivery.
Yes, we will send you an email telling you about the new wines one week before delivery. You can make any changes then.
You can push your next delivery date back as often as necessary. It’s quick and simple to do online.
You can end your subscription at any time by calling 03330 148 200. You are in total control. There is no tie in, although you will lose your free delivery pass. Sorry!
It’s simple to do. You can swap wines online in the Subscriptions section of My Account. You can change individual wines, add more or even take some out.
We’ll leave the wine in a safe place and put a card through your door.

We will email vouchers to our Wine Club customers to use on wine orders outside of the subscription periodically – at least twice a year.
Yes, as much or as little as you like. All our wines have online tasting notes – see “Beyond the Label” in your account. Or we plan on hosting short videos where our enthusiastic team will talk about the wines including what to look out for and the food they would go well with. You will find the link to the videos on the email we send in advance of the case and in each case. Videos will be live once the wine is delivered.
